I have called this blog, 'In the Moment' because all pointless negative arousal comes from not being here! This is usually because our bodies are here but our heads are elsewhere thinking about things we can't do anything about at this point in time.
Some years ago I produced a newsletter which contained reflections on various aspects of mindful being. I found, however, that in time the need to create a regular newsletter was becoming a chore rather than a pleasure. So I stopped it in order to stay true to my own philosophy of recognising things in my own life which created unnecessary negative vibes and replacing them with more positive ones.
I am now reproducing these here in this section as pages in their own right which I will be adding to from time to time but only when the experience is a positive one for me!
When I have completed this update there will be a box for your own comments or reflections about these topics at the foot of each page. Please feel able to contribute but please keep a mindful, positive feel to it. There is more than enough negativity elsewhere to satisfy the cravings of those who seek it.
