My first book was published in 1986 under the title “Don’t Panic.” It was one of the first books ever written on the subject. It has been updated and re-issued by various publishers over the years and remains as relevant today as when it was first written.

It is based on my own personal experiences with panic attacks and how I finally untrained them. This is an approach which I have used consistently in my work as a clinical psychologist and it remains as effective as ever because it is based upon a workable theory as to how the brain works and how anxiety problems develop.

It is now entitled, “Panic Attacks.” It was re-issued in 2012 as both a print-on-demand or an e-book. It is now published by Vermilion which is an imprint of Random House.

The book is available from Amazon where there is also the opportunity to "look inside".
